The walk to the motel from the airport was relatively easy, as it is literally across the street from the airport parking lot and entrance. There are a couple sets of stairs, but if you aren't carrying anything crazy or don't have any major physical ailments it isn't unreasonable to walk. They have an elevator (lift) from the lobby up to the rooms.
The staff at the hotel were receptive to helping and answered my questions when I asked. They don't go about making a show when you arrive, but they were genuine and helpful when I needed help.
The rooms were basic and had the essentials. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room which ended up being very helpful after we stopped at a little grocery store nearby. The room was clean, had A/C, and a fairly comfortable bed.
The breakfast was just ok. I have seen others complaining about the price, but food everywhere in Tahiti is expensive. For the convenience, I thought it was worth the price (1200 xpf) for our first morning. I enjoyed the croissants and pain au chocolat they provided, as well as the different jams available. There are other food options in walking distance.
Overall, this ended up being a great place to stay for the night before we moved onto to other locations. If you are the type that doesn't spend a lot of time in your hotel, this is a great lower cost option. Driving into Papeete was easy from here and there are a lot of things to see in Tahiti if you aren't interested in resort style hotels.
