Sliding downhill, not terrible......yet.
Hotel is in decline and its really starting to show. It's not terrible but it's obvious that nobody "cares" anymore or has pride in the property. Usually when this starts to show places drop quickly and that's what I see here.
The room we had, had multiple little things going on that they knew about but hadn't been fixed. Specifically, a hole in the wall from the door handle, unpainted repairs around the shower curtain rod, tub drain not working, and the toilet wobbling. All little things that hadn't been cared to be handled.
The room also smelled dank and musty, but the windows do not open so there was no way to get some air in and breathe life into the place. After two days here I felt terrible and sick and just awful, lethargic.
The fabric on the chairs in the room where disgusting, and obviously uncleaned for a very long time. All these things are just not that major of issues but together show the lack of attention and focus on taking pride in the property and business.
Have stayed here many times but will not consider it again unfortunately as location is convenient.
