My go-to when in the city
I always stay here when in Sydney. Fantastic location, only a 10-15 min walk from central station, and a 10-15 min walk from the nearby parking garage which is pretty reasonably priced for the area. The rooms are tiny, but always clean and tidy. And sound proofing isn’t great, as you can hear people in the hallways. Check in and out is always easy, especially if you’re like me and always arriving late at night.

Staying at Veriu Central was ok. The room wasn’t what I was expecting. It was very small and the walls were made of paper. (Thank god I had my earplugs.) There were some glass shards and crumbs on the floor, it didn’t seem to have been vacuumed.. Otherwise it was ok, the bed was comfortable and there were some nice additions like coffee machine and shampoos ie.
