Absolute Crap Hole
This property is a disgrace. I have been to 14 hotels in the last 16 days. This is by far the worst hotel/motel I’ve ever been in! Please look at the pictures. There is mold in the bathroom, the tub floor is dirty and cracking, there is obviously a water leak from above as the paint is bubbling above the shower in a section about 18” long, the weather stripping when I entered the room is falling off the door frame, the material used for the window valance is gross and tucked carelessly in the corner, the electrical cord in the bathroom is not code and comes out of a rigged electrical box, the main light switch in the room is on the same switch as the TV so when you turn the light off it turns the TV off. To top it off I got in my room and there was no TV remote. I looked for a phone to call the front desk but there is none. I had to walk to tell them and they asked me what model the TV was. You’re kidding me right? So the clerk walked with me to the room to find out. When he came back 10 minutes later I also let him know the heater would not work. He said, “oh you just gave to turn the breaker on down by the plug. They stole my money and I was to exhausted to request another room with another list of problems. The price was over inflated because it was in Flagler Beach close to bike week. Not sure how these people live with themselves! Stay away from this roach motel! I’m very surprised that Hotels.com is associated with this disappointment.
