This was one of the worst stays we have had at a hotel. The door wouldn't shut when closing - there was something wrong with the hinge. The breakfast wasn't available when we went down for it as we were told the oven broke? There should still be other options available. There was hair in our shower before we even used it. We were charged $45 for parking and weren't informed about the $10 additional tax on parking so this came to $55 for parking which we were never informed of. This experience really ruined our trip and we have been loyal customers of Hilton for years. Very disappointing.

Philly stay ok
Arrived 30 minutes prior to check in and room wasn't ready so we waited. Maybe 15 mins and it was ready. Requested 1king and a sofa bed. There was three of us. I guess I accidentally selected an accessible room. I let the front desk know I didn't need it, just wanted to be sure we had a sofa bed so we all had somewhere to sleep. She gave us a room with 2 beds and a sofa which was great. However, we figured out it was a pet room. No biggie but I'm very allergic to cats. Guess this was a white dog bc so wine didn't vacuum that great. Overall was clean. But there was some weird mold looking stuff on the ceiling and it looks like the room could really use a deep cleaning. Line in the bathroom the tile is discolored. In the kitchen, there was liquid splattered on the wallpaper. The other issue we had was the thermostat. It would be 80 degrees in the living room area. Someone came and said he fixed it but it only got to 77. We had to keep the bedroom thermostat set very cold to try and bslance it out. The maintenance person said it was bc there are sensors in the room and it shuts off if it doesn't detect anyone but we had been in there so idk. Free breakfast was kinda lame but it was free. There are lots of places near by to eat at. A bus stop right infront of the hotel. Not a lot of variety in their little store but there are several stores nearby with drinks/food/snacks like 7-11, cvs, acme. I would stay here again. The issues I mentioned were nothing major. I slept fine.

Quiet, everything in Kitchen in working order and everything we needed for our stay. Room nicely laid out. Only comment is the shower was in the tub; but had enough handles and a bench that came down to sit. Staff were very professional and polite.

Since you only have three handicap rooms, it would be extremely helpful if more rooms had a bar by the toliet and 2-3 bars in the shower/bathtubs for your customers to grip and hold onto getting into the tub/shower. Grab bars is becoming more important as we grow older and legs often times become weaker. The entire room doesn't need to be fully handicap - grab bars are extremely helpful for each all patrons.

The website says parking available; failed to mention it's only valet @ $45 a night.. plus for valet, u need a $250 refundable deposit. As for the room!! The bathroom exhaust vent didn't work, the tub was very dirty, only 2 towels for registered family of 6.. Wall between kitchen sink and fridge was splattered with food. The AC's didn't work properly. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa bed, I called down for it; they told me to come get it myself!! The positive.. hotel was very clean, the check-in staff was very polite. The valet staff made the parking process easy plus he was very friendly only suggestion is- have 2 valet staff on because he was very busy!! The breakfast was delicious 😋, stocked up w/everything and the staff was VERY FRIENDLY 😁

Shuttle service stinks!!!!!
NO shuttle service when needed!!!! It is advertised but in all reality, very limited. Doctor/labs/etc/ appts. ALL start before 9 AM plus you are always supposed to be in the office at least 15 minutes before appts. Your service needs to expand hours!! Thankful for a handicap shower/bathroom BUT the shower needs a shower curtain to limit how far the floor gets wet!! A wet floor becomes a slippery floor just waiting for someone to slip and fall!! This morning, at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the floor was wet because of NO SHOWER CURTAIN!! Someone is going to fall and a lawsuit will follow.
