The cleaning lady didn't clean our room due to miscommunications. We didn't know she didn't understand English and she didn't tell us that. But when I complained about it to the front desk personnel the cleaning lady who also happened to be the person in charge for break fast showed us serious attitude. I'm letting it go because may be she is a poor lady and I had no intention of getting her into trouble but the hotel needa to employ more staff to take care of things. Using same person for multitasking shows stingy management mindset that's results into poor customer experience. I would never want that lady with disgruntled attitude near my breakfast place in any hotel stay.
