Never again
There is no elevator! There are 63 steep , steep winding stairs to climb., Rediculous. Rude staff . Broken windows with missing shudders . View of canal is a port hole behind your head ! They will not work with you if you don’t like your room . Never again !

I would choose somewhere else. It was small and tight and the staff was responsive but not very knowledgable even about their own hotel.

No lift. Only 3 floors , but very narrow stairs. Girl at the front desk carried our stuff up to the room , but we did have to carry it down. Front desk girl was beyond helpful and friendly

The property was nice. The staff was nice. The only problem was the stairs. They were steep and brutal. I would recommend this property for people who are fit and not to elderly people

This hotel needed to be cleaned. The floors were filthy. The blinds on the window would not close and to use the air conditioning the window needed to be left open. It was hot. It was a windy 3 flight climb up to my unit with zero assistance.

Great location and great staff! I know other hotel rooms lacked air conditioning but our room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel had complimentary happy hour too. One thing to note is that the bathroom area is all glass if privacy is of any concern. Overall, wonderful stay.

6/10 Good

No AC, average place to stay
Our check-in experience was good. The location is awesome, walking distance to quite a bit of stuff. It's close to two train stops, the Rijksmuseum, the Heineken museum. We are Americans from the south so the whole not having any A.C. in the summer was pretty brutal during our stay. The AC didn't work, so we had to have fans running around the clock and have our windows open the entire time and it was still probably 78 degrees in our unit. The shower was not easy to use. They say there's a bar but no one ever works it so that isnt really a bar. The front desk people were very helpful, allowed us a later check-out time and also held our bags which was nice. Our stay was fine, but definitely not great. Amsterdam was amazing though.

6/10 Good

Staff was very nice. Was in safe part of Amsterdam. The room was a tad confusing the fan plugged in would only work with lights on so I moved it. Floor ac unit did not work at all the room was very warm, the wall unit was broken, tv also didn’t work unless all lights were on so I didn’t use it. Comfortable and spacious very very quiet with window wide open on the cool nights in Amsterdam in July thankfully!
