Unfortunately I’m not able to rate a 5 star review. This is my experience:
Day 1, we found out the shower drain was block, found myself my legs being soaked in the shower with dirty water, had to get out of shower quickly (about 2 mins shower) worried the water gonna run out the shower room and flood the entire bathroom.
Day 2, around 10:30 am wake up and rang the reception desk to request to fix the drain, they promised will do that during the day.
Came back to hotel in the late evening, 10 pm found out the shower is still blocked. Rang the reception desk they said will get back to wait. Waited about 30 min no one back to me. Rang again, they requested me to hold the phone , waited, then they said to provide me a different room which is located on 6th floor ( my room is on 9th floor) for a shower only. And will let me know when the room is ready. Waited another 30 mins. No one ever contact me and I had to ring AGAIN, they said just 5 mins someone will bring me a room key. Waited another hour. No one ever bring me a key or fix the drain. It’s 11:50 pm. I was too tired to wait so I rang the reception please don’t bother to bring me key anymore I need to sleep now. It’s horrible.
Day 3, 10 am in the morning I rang the reception desk Again, they apologised about last night and offered me free breakfast for the next day. And they also sent someone to fix the drain finally, actually they could have done that one day before. Drain finally fixed. Thank god.
