Edgewater is a class act. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. When I arrived I received a note that said I would get a room upgrade: no room upgrade. Not said I had 2pm checkout: no 2pm checkout. I used the spa. Came back to room. Door locked! The hotel layout made me hike, on my spa clothing, down elevator, cross the basement passage, more elevators, to front desk. No wallet. No cell. Got new key, no sorry. Then go back this route in my wet spa clothes to my room. Embarrassing. (Refund, or credit, or I’m not going back. Too embarrassed.)
