Too many unnecessary surprises
I thought my stay was starting out good. I was upgraded to a mini suite and all was well. Then, at 9:15 PM or so someone on my floor began using some kind of power tool. It sounded like a Jack hammer. I called and complained and the front desk person said she would ask them to stop. Then, around midnight an alarm came on and we were all evacuated from the hotel. With my dog I walked down six flights of stairs. It turned out to be a false alarm. Needless to say I didn’t get much rest that night.
Evacuated to the hotel lobby.

Convenient, accommodating, but a little old
The trip was really great, location was very convenient, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Due to the snow we had to cut our trip short, but the hotel was very accommodating to our reservation. We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub, but unfortunately it did not work when we went to use it. The bathroom was a little old and worse for wear. But the bed was so incredibly comfortable. One of the best nights sleep we had as a part of a 3 week trip!

Really poor.
We made requests for service for basic things like towels, Kleenex, and trash removed. We were ignored almost every request. Our room was never cleaned in our three day stay. There are so many dogs there, the place looks like a zoo.

No back entrance
The stay was great no complaints on room. Just not thrilled having to park and walk all the way around to the main entrance as the back entrance is closed for remodeling. We had my husband drop us off and the we had to wait for him to park and come back in to help with luggage. It was nice to have easy access to the back especially with the cold weather.
