As mentioned when I called you immediately upon checking out, my room was infested with cockroaches. I called the front desk, who yelled at me after sending a maintenance person to pick up the live roaches. They moved me to a different room, across the MOTEL, but that room also had cockroaches. I called the front desk again and was berated and yelled at. He kept asking me what he was supposed to do about it. I was in tears and told him I was not comfortable sleeping with roaches. He continued to yell at me. I called Hotels.com immediately as I packed my belongings and headed to a Hilton where I paid over $500. It was around 11pm so I had to drive at night, alone and try to locate a new hotel without this health hazard.
Hotels.com should remove this motel from their site. The executives from Hotels.com would be ashamed and embarrassed if they knew. Once again, I am disappointed and disgusted. I appreciate the Hotels.com credit but that Is not what I am seeking. I am seeking a refund for the stay I didn't have because I couldn't. I am also seeking that this place be looked at because it does not meet basic cleanliness standards.
