The hotel is beautiful! Rooms are huge. Probably didn't need all of the extra space for a one night stay, but glad I picked this hotel. I wish I would have stayed longer to check out the rest of the hotel. Elevators were a little confusing because I pressed the button to go down and one elevator opened. It took me to a floor that I didn't choose and then wouldn't open. Other than that and the construction mess going on downtown, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable (and were bed bug free). Everything about our room was beautiful and up-to-date. Views of the city are amazing. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the city.

The hotel was very nice unfortunately after booking the room with expedia when i arrived at the hotel they charged me again for the room when i already paid thru expedia. I have now been waiting almost 2 weeks for my payment to be returned and have not gotten anything. I am at a loss as to how the agent did not see i already paid.
