This is a terrible hotel. Do not stay here. I will provide lots of details on the stay. The first thing to know is that either side of this hotel is construction. So if in the morning you are looking forward to peaceful morning rise, forget it. Every type of construction from banging to hammering is going on around the hotel. The location is right near the most overpriced restaurants I have ever experienced and I live in NYC so I know what this means. The hotel is fine for 1 or 2 star hotel, but for a 4/5 star is a complete misrepresentation of the property. We stay in the week of the boat show prior to the wine and food festival so you would think that well in advance of this time the hotel internally would have had all its things together, Nope. The elevators did not work for the whole weekend so we were up and down stairs. They would during the day have issues in the hallways they were fixing and making noise. Lets talk about our room, the worst in the hotel, 311. Like most of the rooms on this side of the hotel the view is literally of a brick wall, not kidding. Why they have windows I am not sure. The AC unit leaked/ dripped, the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen, worse than cruise ship. The service in the hotel was terrible. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
