The location is near perfect. It's far enough away from tourist areas to be quiet and close enough to the Metro to easily access the city. Right across from you are a pastry shop, a high quality, affordable, authentic Italian pizzeria, and the best gelato we had while in Rome. Almost immediately beside you are a coffee shop, a pharmacy, and a grocery store.
The B&B itself is quaint, and breakfast is light, but satisfying. The rooms have a pretty good air conditioning system and the internet is fast enough to stream movies. The patio, at 9 floors up, offers a nice little getaway if you're looking to stay in. All said, the place, for the price, is just about as good as it gets in Rome.
The only complaint I have is that the elevator is sometimes slow. In the morning, we had two occasions when it was faster to take the stairs.
