A very good choice in Puerto de la Cruz
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. The layout of the studio apt. is good. There were plenty of towels and linens, and the lack of heating or AC didn't matter to us, as the late January weather was perfect. Our only complaints would be no filter for the coffeepot the first morning and not having anyone to open the outside door to the hotel on two occasions. The location is awesome; it's close to a string of beaches and there's a supermarket practically across the street. The main square is an easy walk, and there are restaurants of all types in every direction. Oh, and the bus station is half a block away, granting easy access to the airport, La Laguna, Santa Cruz, Orotava, and El Teide.

Winter sun
We stayed this year for some winter sun Apartment was ok , clean and just like pics Was compact and bijou and a good base for waking to beach and town centre There is also access to a pool and although basic this is clean and ok for sunbathing The apartment is failry priced for a short basic break We didn’t see any staff so rated as three but we didn’t need them as the booking and access is all done via net or phone

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli sujuva, avain oli turvalokerossa huoneen ulko-oven vieressä. Tämä tarkoittaa että huoneeseen voi saapua milloin vain eikä henkilökunnan tarvitse olla paikalla. Huoneessa oli oma täysikokoinen keittiö ja jopa pyykinpesukone. Huone oli todella edullinen ja oman ruoanlaittomahdollisuuden vuoksi täydellinen valinta. Huone oli oikein kivasti sisustettu ja viihtyisä. Hotellin puolesta ei ollut huonesiivousta kertaakaan kahden viikon aikana, mutta tämä sopi meille täydellisesti, koska kukaan ei tullut häiritsemään. Sijainti oli helposti tavoitettavissa hyvin lähellä linja-autoasemaa. Myös ranta oli lähellä ja tärkeimmät palvelut, kuten ruokakaupat. Täällä viihtyi todella hyvin kaksi viikkoa kuin kotonaan, ja saatetaan tulla toistekin ihan samaa hotelliin. Ihan hotelliksi en ihan tätä kutsuisi vaan edulliseksi loma-asunnoksi -- meidän tarkoituksiimme se oli erinomainen.

Very good apartment in a great location
The studio apartment was compact but very comfortable overall. It offered everything you need - balcony with table and chairs, wi-fi, flat screen tv (no English language channels), fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. A washing machine was provided in the bathroom which was important to us because we were staying for 12 nights. Unfortunately the washing machine didn't work. We informed the managing agents (Hotel Sun Holidays) and within 24 hrs a new machine was delivered and installed - that's what you call excellent customer service ! There is no cleaning service offered (it's not a hotel - it's an apartment in a residential block) so you have to be prepared to clean up after yourself. Plenty of towels and bedding provided. I would definitely stay at Seguro de Sol again.

Sijainti oli loistava, studio riittävä 2 henkilön majoitukseen, keittiön varustelutaso riittävä. Olemme valmiit tulemaan uudelleen etenkin jos saamme saman studion, koska se oli hyvä ilmansuunnaltaankin. Iloinen yllätys oli, että yöllä saapuessamme vastassa oli erittäin avulias henkilö, joka saattoi meidät huoneistoomme ja varmisti kaiken olevan OK. KIITOS Tosi iso plussa hyvin toimivasta Wi-Fistä huoneessa.

Nice apartment for short stays.
The apartment was very clean. The building is located in a good area, where everything you could need is no more than 5 minutes walking. The good things: nice design, tv, balcony, couch, and wash machine in the bathroom. The not so good things: the internet connection is almost useless. It was always a problem to navigate or just send a whatsapp message and the amount of water coming out of the shower was minimal, plus sudden changes in the water temperature. Very hot water and suddenly nothing or just cold water. This was very unpleasant.

A great little studio apartment
The studio apartment was clean, bright and comfortable. The shower was hot and reliable. The microwave kitchen was convenient, and the fridge was quiet and functional. There was a washing machine in the bathroom, and a small balcony with a drying rack outside. The WiFi, however, was patchy. Check-in was self-service, with a key-box to be unlocked with a 4-digit code. I like the self-checkin system, but it would have been good to have more specific instructions about how to find the studio within the apartment complex.

Bequem und unkompliziert
Als Pärchen haben wir eine tolle Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Bewohner des Hauses sind größtenteils freundlich und ruhig. Supermarkt und Strand sind fußläfig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Auch ein Parkplatz war meist in Hotelnähe zu finden.

Faltan cosas básicas.
La estancia ha sido buena, los apartamentos están situados cerca de la playa y hay supermercados y tiendas en los alrededores, pero creo q faltan cosas básicas en la habitación como un estropajo una balleta y un poco de Fairy porq para una semana no lo voy a comprar yo... papel higiénico 2 rollos para 1 semana me parece escaso. El wifi no va prácticamente y la terraza no tenía luz... la cubertería y la vajilla están bien y había utensilios suficientes.

En general muy bien
El Hotel muy bien, aunque por fuera tenga un aspecto de viejo y antiguo por dentro los apartamentos estan muy bien, todo remodelado de nuevo, muy acogedor, estaba todo limpio y en buen estado. Esta bastante bien situado cerca del centro a 10 minutos caminando.

Tuvimos problemas para acceder a la habitación por el sistema de cerradura con contraseña, pero supieron resolver el problema en poco tiempo enviándonos las llaves y siendo muy amables en el trato. Si buscas un lugar barato y muy cerca del centro con la libertad que da un estudio, te lo recomiendo.

Muy satisfecha :)
El apartamento estaba muy limpio, equipado con batería y cubiertos (algo desgastados por el uso, como es normal). Básicamente es lo que se ve en las fotos. Mi única pega es que podrían dejar un estropajo y balleta para limpiar, que tuvimos que comprarla nosotros porque no había.

Удобно и бюджетно
Апартаменты находятся в удобном месте, нам понравилось, что достался 1 этаж. Сначала удивило, а потом порадовало, что нас никто не беспокоил от персонала и администрации отеля Holideis (апартаменты от отеля). По приезду ключ был в сейфе- боксе при входе в апартаменты (код выслала администрация), а уезжая нужно просто захлопнуть дверь, а ключ оставить внутри. Нам это все понравилось. В апартаментах все есть, не хватило только полочек для белья в шкафу (их просто нет, есть только кронштейн для вешалок). Рекомендуем данные апартаменты.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel. Der Schlüssel über Türcode wurde leider nicht im vorhinein mitgeteilt. Die Ausstattung des App. war allerdings überraschend gut, wenn auch kein Wifi oder Kabel TV

Hotel in the middle of city
It's a great hotel in very good location,apartment was comfortable and nice decorated,unfortunately in the time of our stay was going swimming pool building right outside to our door.Works starts 8 am every working day,dust and noise,we can get to our apartment only walking on part build pass.Also outside our balcony was going painting works. ,we wasn't informed about it before our arrival.However all stuff was very friendly and their response to our complains was fast and satisfactorily. Also there was no Wi-Fi available in the rooms as was advertised,only outside our apartment door.

El exterior da mala impresión, con una antigua piscina que mo está en uso y está llena de escombros, pero la habitación resultó ser bonita y estar decorada con buen gusto. Por otro lado, la habitación se supone que está hecha para hasta cuatro personas, pero no es así. En todo caso, tres adultos y un niño, dado que el sofá cama es muy peqieño para dos personas.
