Compared to our stay last year, noticed that conditions & service was slacking and bad. Toilet bowl & basin choked, lights not working (flickering) in rooms & living room, 1 of the unit air-con not cold even after servicing (rooms should be checked that it's in good working condition before check-in), no air-con at lobby, wifi connection bad as get disconnected every now & then and need to re-login after leaving & coming back to the room, confusion during check-in, had 2 units 2 bedrooms but was only given 1 unit. Told staff to look at the print-out of my booking which was handed over to her but she could not find it and claimed I did not give to her (told her there were 2 print-out as there was an additional deluxe room booked) and eventually found it in the thrash can as she had thrown it away even before my check-in process was completed). However, the FOM was helpful and apologetic and was told there is a recent change in management and hopefully they can eventually resolve all issues and improve. Breakfast spread limited and lousy, coffee machine too slow and seem lots of things need to be replaced/repaired. Parking fee supposed to be included in booking but due to change in management were charged a fee for daily parking as was told parking not within the jurisdiction of the management.
