Bad front desk Customer Service
My experience was great when I checked in with Front Desk with Daisy. But I had an issue with John the guy in the front desk . I had mention to Daisy if i could leave the key for the room for my son and she said "yes of course I will leave the key front desk with his name just have him ask for it and he could get it"! I said "great thank you". So my son gets to the hotel ask for the key the at front desk guy 'JOHN" tells him "no you can not have the key if your not the person on the hotel"! My son calls me that John doesn't want to give him the key, so I told my son "hand me the phone so I could talk to him" . so he passes me the phone! John said" I am not giving him nothing because his not on the list and your a third party you don't get the same service "! he hangs up on me !! i don't think that is a great customer service already . So i call back and I told him why he hang up on me and he mentions "I don't have time and I am not giving your son anything"! so he hangs up again. So the third time I ask for the manager and he says 'No-one is here"! and hangs up for the third time.. From there I was really upset I don't think for a great place like Fairfield should have someone unprofessional like this for front desk and customer Service. I also wanted to mention my room wasnt clean the next day so had no room service which I dont now why that wasnt done either. But the customer service John hanging up on me was really bad customer service.
