Nice but check in experience was not up to speed.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Overall staff was excellent, food service staff, maintenance and cleaning service was the best I’ve seen. Great smiles every day and helpful. Front desk could use some work on conversation with guest, learn from the staff. Check in was the issue, room not as booked so they did eventually move us up to the balcony floors but didn’t have king beds as we had paid for. Other than that a good experience. Good location.

When they say, "there are stairs", believe them if you are on the second floor. You have a set of stairs to get up to your room AND then another set of stairs to get to your bedroom. Problem is the bathroom is on the first floor!

Very nice place overall. This is a little bit older property, but it’s clean, updated and maintained very well. The breakfast is very good and the staff very helpful and friendly. A shout out to Michelle, Brady and Rachel who gave us excellent service and were a pleasure to speak with. We woulda’t hesitate to stay here again!
