I'm not one to leave a bad review, but...
This experience is definitely an exception. First thing to note: THERE IS NO WIFI (or at lease wasn't initially when I checked-in). There were way too many inconsistencies with the things I was told and how the situation played out; this is why I changed my stay from 6 nights to 2 nights. Some things I was told were: “no wifi”; the manager being utterly oblivious to what’s going on with the wifi at his own hotel as he just returned from an international trip; given 5 “wifi coupons” which expired daily (I think this was just to get me to leave); when asked the manager which wifi to connect to, he was puzzled and didn’t know; advised to come hours later (twice) to receive a sim or have wifi setup (?); "guests don't stay long enough so we don't have wifi". It is the hotel's responsibility to update any/all online platforms which reflect the accuracy of what they have to offer. At the end, I reduced my stay and the manager didn't make a fuss about it; this was the only positive aspect of my stay. Other things to note: shower water heater is automatic (pointless nozzle) so the water was either ice cold or scorching hot; didn't stay long enough to receive room service but they left a whole pack of water bottles outside my room (?), which made my question if they even clean the rooms. The way the whole situation played out just highlighted dishonesty, which is why I don't recommend this place.
