Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds e/ breakfast included. Arrived at 2:30 am, assigned us a room but the room was used by someone who checked out but not fixed yet. Went to the counter and upgraded us a one bedroom - suite. The suite is quite run down. The next morning ,went down for breakfast , the lady at the restaurant entrance called the front desk and verified the breakfast was prepaid. After dinning for 10 minutes , on our way out from the breakfast, we were told to pay. The lady who verified with the front desk earlier did not say a word anymore. Multiple servers urged us to pay the bill and kept saying I need to work it out with the front desk. We were in a rush and ignored them told them we are heading to the front desk and checking out also. While talking to the front desk, a server from the resutairant showed up with a bill. The front desk person told them it was prepaid. What a mess in this hotel ! The results staff are rude and have no sense. All they need to do is verify with the front desk again to straighen this out. The lady at the restaurant entrance has been behaving hostile to me since I stepped into the restaurant. Afterall, not a happy not comfortable stay.
