Cleaning, staff communication, health, & overall comfort of the rooms where bellow standard at Fisherman's Point (Apartments). We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point. The list of unhealthy & dirty items are to long to list. Even now at 9:10 am I am at the front desk of the complex and no one is here to confirm my check-out or bill ( even though we had to pay to stay at a totally diffrent location last night for $189 USD plus Tax & Taxi.) I came back check-out. Sure each individial Apt./Condo is diffrent based on the owner, but the Mngt staff here clearly lacks the organization, communication, dedication, or hospitality skillset to help make anyone have a positive experience in my humble opion Ma'am/Sir! -Mike C.
