I visited Prague with my family. We had four rooms, all of which were comfortable. Good beds, clean showers, mini bars. A few things to note, though.
First of all, don't let the pictures mislead you - there is no front desk. Well, there is, but it's at another location 10 minutes away. So don't expect to call down for another towel or anything. Also, the shower, while otherwise quite nice, is extremely slippery. My father put a towel on the floor of his to keep from having a fall. Finally, our rooms were all on the fifth floor. I believe this is the only part of the building for this hotel; the other floors are all offices of other businesses. So get ready for some cardio. (There is one elevator, but it's tiny, only big enough for two people. And there were seven of us.)
The staff, while (literally) remote, were quite friendly and helpful at check-in, and offered to drive us all to the location. And the location itself was lovely, right in the middle of the Jewish Quarter of the Old Town. Near plenty of restaurants, shops, and historical sites, and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of a city.
Long story short: as long as you know what you're getting, it's a great place to stay. I recommend it.
