The apartment is in a great location, very central, and it was clean. However, you do pay for what you get. It was a good price, so perhaps we should not have been surprised to find that it was in need of maintenance. There was some dodgy-looking electrics, no basic handsoap, no towel rings for hanging a hand towel near a sink, damaged walls etc.
Overall, it made it feel cheap, and.... edgy.
Worst of all though is their customer service. Nobody answers the provided phone number, and emails are answered in strange ways (like they haven't read your question).
