The Apartment is central and we'll located and, if you're lucky you might get one with a view of the bridge.
We only stayed for one night, the living area/kitchen is well designed, providing plenty of space to move around between both sides.
We had a two room apartment with enough space in each room and, the mattresses were ok.
Unfortunately the kitchen sink makes a loud static noise each time the hot water tabs in the apartment/building turned on.
The toilet in the ensuite bathroom was used and not flushed and they were nails on the bed which was already made.
The other room had 4 light bulbs but only 1 was working. Informed the receptionist but we were informed that there was no maintenance staff available, it was 1640hrs on a Sunday, right after check-in.
There were 5 reading lights in the apartment and only two of them were working.
We cleaned the hand soap bottle in the main bathroom because the soap was coming out with mould.
The oven works but the door is broken.
The gentleman during check-out was more customer orientated compared to the lady during the check-in, it was cold and felt like we were disturbing.
I had huge expectations when I made this booking, I checked it on both Hotels.com and on Dream apartments' website.
From seeing the pictures on both sites to then slowly discovering the faults within the flat, disappointing.
Your apartments have a huge potential unfortunately I feel the work behind it to maintain the standard is lacking.
