Our stay at this so-called "hotel" was disappointing. The room was extremely small for three twin beds, leaving hardly any space to move. The beds and mattresses were old and uncomfortable.
Despite being advertised as non-smoking; the room had a persistent smell of tobacco. When we raised this with the receptionist, we were told, "nobody smokes here," but there was a strong smell of tobacco that made the atmosphere unbearable. It felt like the odor was trapped inside the room.
Our room was on the first floor, with the window facing directly onto the street. This meant we couldn’t open the window at night for fresh air due to both safety concerns and the freezing winter weather.
The heating couldn’t be adjusted, and the bathroom light was on a 15-second motion sensor timer, forcing us to move constantly to keep it on—very inconvenient.
To top it off, we learned upon arrival that this is not a hotel but a Guesthouse with no permanent receptionist—a fact that should be clearly stated online.
I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
