We recently stayed at the Crystalbrook Riley, and overall, it was a good experience. However, a few aspects of the breakfast service left much to be desired.
When paying for the buffet breakfast, it’s reasonable to expect that coffee would be included, but it wasn’t, which was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast itself didn’t feel worth the price. The variety and quality of food didn’t quite live up to our expectations, especially for the cost.
The service and table maintenance at the buffet were also underwhelming. Tables often weren’t cleared promptly, and the general atmosphere felt lackluster, which detracted from the overall experience. While the stay was enjoyable in other aspects, the breakfast certainly needs improvement to match the hotel’s standards.
