New hotel with very good size rooms (used one street-side facing). Small gym and sauna. Good but simple breakfast. Great location, very central to the Zeil shopping street and mall and bars and historic downtown. Cleaning only twice a week as standard, but can be ordered daily for a fee. Hotel seems to have a lot of long-term business guests as rooms include a kitchen. Staff at breakfast and cleaning are helpful and friendly, unfortunately can’t say the same for staff at reception (seemed to me they are having only basic German language skills and provide only the minimum customer service. A shame really as the hotel itself is excellent but let down by reception...)

Good hotel

The hotel is great with good sized rooms. Very clean and comfortable. However, i would prefer an english breakfast.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Location is great, good for shopping and very near S & U bahn station. Breakfast selection is quite small limited. They don’t provide slippers and shower cap. Maid don’t make up room everyday, not even taking trash out. So if you eat something in room, it could be smelly.

Great stay

The location is great and the room is quite modern. Probably the only cons was that I stayed on the same floor as the reception & the breakfast area and it was a bit noisy in the morning. Anyway, I really like the hotel and would come back here again (with a request to stay on a higher floor)

The location was very good, but after showering the floor got very wet. They should probably have a shower door to prevent leaking. And the hotel staff forgot to replace the towels in the bathroom. Otherwise we had quite a nice stay!
