Terrible Plumbing
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was adequate. The plumbing was AWFUL in our room. We had to hold the knob down(at least 5 full seconds) for the toilet to fully flush and the sink did not drain properly. So while washing our face or hands the water was just pooling in the sink and we had to wait 2-3 mins for the water to drain to use the sink again.

Hotel was great, we had a softball tournament in aiken, but it was worth the drive. The receptionist were great and the parking was secured. Easy access to walk the downtown to eat and shop. Takeways Room was ok might be overpriced but comfortable. Faucet was loose but working. OVERALL GREAT STAY minor things. I would definitely book again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt House in downtown Augusta for an Awards event I was attending after being selected as a finalist. The hospitality I received at the HH was nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, even providing a curling iron when I realized I forgot mine! The rooftop bar and seating area is a must-visit if you’re ever in the area – the views and the atmosphere was so relaxing. David, at the front desk clerk even waited up to see if I won and celebrated with me when I returned, despite not winning – it was such a sweet and uplifting moment!

My only negative comments for this stay was that there are alot of nats in the reataurant area and the music was extremely loud from the rooftop bar. My room was on the 7th floor and it took some effort to fall asleep.
