When it comes to shopping in Phan Thiet and Mui Ne, the local markets are must-visits for travellers looking to experience the local lifestyle of this seaside town. Open from dawn onwards, you’ll find marketgoers bargaining for the freshest seafood, meat, vegetables and fruits while food stalls prepare mouthwatering Vietnamese dishes such as fish pho, banh xeo, and spring rolls.

Due to its beachside locale, Phan Thiet and Mui Ne are also great places for purchasing local and imported beachwear brands as well as essentials such as sunscreen and sunglasses if you’ve forgotten to pack some from back home. Handicraft stores selling textiles, embroidery, paintings, blankets, scarves, and handbags can also be found along Mui Ne Beach, so just take your time and browse through the extensive collection and you might just find one that is to your liking.
