Hollywood Inn Love

I selected this hotel due to good reviews here, but I was very disappointed. This is a motel, not a 3-star hotel. I am not a luxury seeker, but this was far worse than anything I've ever stayed in. If I was backpacker or a couch surfer, I would have been mentally prepared for the experience. The shower is in a horrible condition. The drains in the shower and the toilet are not working well. The sounds from neighboring rooms is heard almost as easily as the person sitting next to you in the room. I do not at all recommend this place, however, I am not sure about the price vs value elsewhere in Patong, Phuket. Maybe this was good for the price in that region, but I expected much better. The pictures on this site exaggerate too much the quality. On the bright side, it is within 20-min walk of all the action (Bangla st., etc.). The girl at the reception is friendly and courteous.

Good location (many food n shop) and budget hostel .But not very near beach, have to walk about 25 minutes.
