Overall, it is a nice hotel choice when wanting to in-n-out Shinjuku station quickly. Location is great and the room is clean and decent. However, some minor details did trouble me. First, we checked in to the hotel twice as we took a day to Fuji Mtn. in between. Yet while we booked a room with four people (2 adults and 2 children), we need to request two additional pillows as only two were provided each time. The 2nd time, the front desk couldn't even speak English made it even more difficult and feel less friendly as I requested having one additional key in case my wife and I need to come back separately when out, but the front desk kept repeating saying "just one key". He also just threw me a card to read on my own which says that for consecutive nights, room will only be cleaned on the third day. I would think this piece of information should be given for consideration ahead of time when booking, not when we show up at the hotel. To be frankly, we don't have a choice but accept the term, isn't it?
