"You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to Mayo Clinic - just a quick elevator ride down to the subway level so that you never have to go outside in the cold. The attached city parking ramp is also quite convenient. And the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when we checked in. We enjoyed our room with a beautiful view of the decorated streets for Christmas other than a slow drain in the shower. "
